基于等效机械模型的液舱-运动模拟平台系统动力学分析

摘要
液化石油气等液态燃料在运输过程中受运载工具运动状态变化的影响易产生晃动,液舱晃动引起的流体冲击载荷将威胁运载船舶及车辆的安全性,严重时会发生倾覆.运用运动模拟平台进行液舱晃动试验是目前的重要研究手段,文中基于等效机械模型方法对液舱-运动模拟装置的动力学进行了研究.首先,建立了在纵荡激励下矩形充液液舱的等效机械模型,并通过试验及仿真对等效机械模型进行验证.基于矩形液舱等效机械模型,联合Stewart并联机构,建立了液舱-运动模拟平台系统的动力学模型.通过与等质量无晃动系统进行对比,分析了晃动产生的流体载荷对运动模拟平台受载的影响.结果表明:激励频率对运动模拟平台受载有显著影响,在接近液舱固有频率的情况下,运动模拟平台所受载荷明显增大.该研究可为晃动模拟平台的承载能力校核、设计及控制提供参考.
Abstract
Liquefied petroleum gas and other liquid fuels are likely to slosh during transportation due to the vehicle's ever-changing motions.The fluid-based impact load caused by tank sloshing will threaten the vehicle's safety and in severe cases,the vehicle may capsize.Therefore,it is important to explore how to carry out the liquid-filled tank sloshing experiments on the mo-tion simulation platform.In this article,efforts are made to explore the dynamics of the liquid-filled tank-motion simulation plat-form based on the equivalent mechanical model.Firstly,the equivalent mechanical model of the rectangular liquid-filled tank is set up with the longitudinal excitation,and the equivalent mechanical model is verified through experiments and simulations.Then,the dynamics model of the liquid-filled tank-motion simulation platform is set up,based on the liquid-filled tank's equiv-alent mechanical model,in combination with the Stewart parallel mechanism.The system without sloshing of equal mass is used for the comparative analysis,and the analysis is conducted on the influence of the fluid-based impact load generated by sloshing on the load exerted on the motion simulation platform.The results show that the excitation frequency has a significant impact on the load exerted on the motion simulation platform,and the load significantly increases when the excitation frequency is a good ap-proximation to the liquid-filled tank's natural frequency.This study provides reference for verification,design and control of the sloshing simulation platform's bearing capacity.
