关于彩灯产业的钢结构标准化探索

摘要
彩灯产业目前面临诸多问题:人工成本高昂且对工人技术水平要求高,大件产品运输困难且运输成本极高,产品主要为一次性消费产品.除此之外,彩灯业长期着力于外观设计,结构设计人才匮乏,标准化工作也一直停滞不前.为此,文中以自贡彩灯为研究对象,探索标准化原理在彩灯制作中的应用,对彩灯的钢结构进行三维建模,对机构和运动进行仿真分析,使所有构件采用机械加工方法塑形,设计了标准化的连接方式,采用螺纹连接等形式代替焊接连接,用彩灯钢结构标准化促进彩灯产业化发展,使彩灯产品实现机械加工、快速组装和批量生产.文中结合自贡彩灯企业需求设计研究了恐龙贝斯手彩灯的钢结构造型,为自贡彩灯工业化、产业化发展提供钢结构标准化的新思路.
Abstract
Currently,the lantern industry suffers many problems:high labor cost and high technical requirement for work-ers,difficulty in transportation of large products,and extremely-high transportation cost;the disposable consumer products serve as the mainstream.In addition,the lantern industry overly focuses on appearance for a long time.The talents in structure design are difficult to find,and there is no progress in terms of standardization.Therefore,in this article,with the focus on Zigong col-ored lanterns,efforts are made to explore how the standardization principle can be applied in the production of colored lanterns,conduct the steel structure's three-dimensional modeling,as well as simulate and analyze both the mechanism and the movement,thus making make all the components shaped with the help of the mechanical processing method.Besides,efforts are made to pro-pose a standardized connection method,using the screw connections and other forms instead of welding connection on one hand and using the steel structure's standardization to promote the lantern industry's development on the other hand.As a result,the lantern products enjoy mechanical processing,rapid assembly,and mass production.What's more,efforts are made to explore the steel structure specially designed for dinosaur bass hand lanterns,in response to the needs of Zigong lantern enterprises,which provides new ideas for steel-structure standardization of the industrialized Zigong lanterns.
