摘要

文中根据输送机刮板的实际受力情况,运用材料力学知识对刮板进行受力分析并建立刮板弯矩方程,根据弯矩方程绘制刮板弯矩分布图.从刮板弯矩分布图可以看出,在刮板链距处所受弯矩最大,且随着刮板链距的加大,刮板最大弯矩会减小,当链距加大到一定数值时,刮板中间弯矩变为负值,当刮板链距处的弯矩与刮板中间位置的弯矩绝对值相等时,刮板的最大弯矩最小,并以此计算出刮板最优链距l=0.586L,并绘制不同链距刮板最大弯矩变化图.刮板采用最优链距会大幅减小刮板的最大弯曲应力,增加刮板安全系数,延长刮板使用寿命.同时,应用Pro/Engineer三维设计软件建立刮板三维实体模型,寻找出刮板链距处为危险截面,并对刮板外形进行优化设计,最后根据煤炭行业标准提供的力-挠度试验数据应用SolidThinking Inspire软件对刮板优化前后分别进行仿真分析,根据分析结果可知,优化设计后刮板挠度满足行业标准要求.优化刮板外形不仅去掉了危险截面处的应力集中,而且还减小刮板质量,降低材料成本及运行阻力,该计算过程及结果分析对输送机刮板的改进及优化设计具有重要指导作用.

Abstract

In this article,according to the force exerted on the conveyor's scraper,the knowledge about material mechanics is used to conduct the force analysis on the scraper,and the equation of bending moment is worked out.Then,the bending-mo-ment distribution chart is formulated based on the equation of bending moment.It is seen from the bending-moment distribution chart that the bending moment at the scraper's chain distance is the biggest;and with the scraper's ever-growing chain distance,the maximum bending moment will decrease;when the chain distance increases to a certain point,the bending moment at the middle of the scraper will become negative;when the bending moment at the scraper's chain distance is equal to the absolute val-ue of the bending moment at the middle of the scraper,the maximum bending moment is the smallest.The scraper's optimal chain distance is calculated:l=0.586L,and efforts are made to draw the chart of the ever-changing maximum bending moment of the scraper with different chain distance.The optimal chain distance is helpful to significantly reduce the scraper's maximum bending stress,strengthen its safety,and prolong its service life.At the same time,the Pro/Engineer 3D design software is used to set up the scraper's 3D solid model.It is shown that the section at the scraper's chain distance is dangerous;thus,the scrap-er's shape is optimized.Finally,according to the force-deflection test data provided by the coal industry standards,efforts are made to simulated the scraper before and after optimization with the help of the SolidThinking Inspire software.The results show that after optimization the scraper's deflection meets the requirements of the industry standards.The scraper's optimized shape is helpful to not only remove the concentrated stress at the dangerous section but also reduce the scraper's weight,material cost and running resistance.The process of analysis and calculation as well as these results provide guidance to improve and optimize the conveyor's scraper.
