摘要

文中以FSAE赛车悬架为研究对象,确定悬架类型并合理设计车轮定位参数,设计了一种通过机械结构实现将车辆纵倾运动与侧倾运动解除耦合的解耦悬架装置,通过ADAMS/Car软件搭建解耦悬架的模型,对解耦量和传递比进行仿真分析,并基于响应面法进行优化,优化结果显示,基本实现解耦,且传递比波动极小.

Abstract

In this article,with the focus on the FSAE racing car's suspension,the suspension type is identified and the wheels'alignment parameters are reasonably designed.Then,a device of the decoupled suspension is worked out,which decou-ples the vehicle's longitudinal and lateral motions through the mechanical structure;the ADAMS/Car software is used to set up the model of the decoupled suspension;both the decoupled quantity and the transmission ratio are simulated,analyzed and opti-mized with the help of the response surface method.The optimization results show that decoupling is basically achieved,and the minimized fluctuation of the transmission ratio.
