压雪机雪铲运动仿真及分析

摘要
基于D-H矩阵原理建立压雪机雪铲运动轨迹的数学模型,文中分析了雪铲运动过程中雪铲齿尖的位移、速度、加速度与空间位置的运动关系;建立雪铲三维模型,然后将简化处理过的三维模型导入ADAMS仿真软件中,在ADAMS中增加约束和驱动等前处理工作;最后,进行运动仿真,得出雪铲齿尖的位移、速度、加速度动态曲线及雪铲轨迹图,并验证了雪铲运动学模型的正确性,对压雪机雪铲的设计和分析具有普遍适用的意义并提供了参考.
Abstract
In this article,based on the D-H matrix theory,the mathematical model is set up for the motion track of the snow press's snow shovel;the analysis is conducted on the motion relationship between the displacement,velocity,and acceleration of the snow shovel's tooth tip on one hand and its space position on the other hand when the snow shovel is moving.Then,the snow shovel's three-dimensional model is set up,simplified and imported into the ADAMS simulation software;some pre-processing tasks are completed,such as adding the constraints and the drives in ADAMS.Finally,the motion simulation is conducted to work out the dynamic curves of the displacement,velocity and acceleration for the snow shovel's tooth tip as well as the snow shovel's track diagram;it is verified that the snow shovel's kinematics model is correct.This study provides reference for design and wide application of the snow press's snow shovel.
