Simulation study on regenerative flutter in high-speed milling of cylindrical end mill cutter
In this article,the analysis is conducted on the problems in selection of CNC milling parameters in China,the model of the dynamic milling force is set up,in order to construct the model of the regenerative flutter stability domain of milling;then,the model is simulated.The parameters obtained through the experiments of the dynamic parameters are used to simulate the graph of the entire machining system's flutter stability domain,with the help of the flutter stability domain algorithm,thus provi-ding theoretical basis for selection and optimization of the milling parameters.It is verified that the simulation algorithm is effec-tive and accurate through a series of experiment;the simulation method is widely applied in factories and desirable results are yielded.
