基于结构热变形研究的飞机舱盖装配技术应用

针对飞机在环境变化时舱盖状态变化大、装配调试效率低的问题,文中基于舱盖结构热变形原理开展舱盖装配调试共性技术的研究.通过舱盖结构热变形耦合计算模型,建立了根据环境温度对舱盖结构施加热载荷的方法,通过有限元方法计算了在环境温度变化时结构热变形的规律,并通过试验进行验证,找出了影响飞机舱盖装配尺寸变化的主要原因.基于飞机舱盖结构热变形规律和大尺寸活动件装配优化方法,优化了舱盖装配工序,开发了舱盖装配工艺计算程序,并通过验证取得了良好的应用效果.
Technical application of aircraft canopy assembly according to research on structural thermal deformation
Since the canopy suffers obvious changes in its status as well as low efficiency in assembly and debugging efficien-cy of when the aircraft is going through environmental changes,in this article efforts are made to explore the common technologies for canopy assembly and debugging,according to the principle of structural thermal deformation.The coupling calculation model is set up for the canopy's structural thermal deformation;the method of applying heating loads to the canopy based on the envi-ronmental temperature is proposed.The finite-element method is used to work out the law of structural thermal deformation with changes in the environmental temperature,and the results are verified through a series of experiment.The main factors influen-cing the assembly size of the aircraft canopy are identified.According to the law of the aircraft canopy's structural thermal de-formation and the assembly optimization method of the large-sized moving parts,the assembly process is optimized and the specific calculation program is developed.Finally,desirable results in actual projects are yielded through verification.
