基于SoErgo的飞行汽车座舱人机工效分析与设计改进

为改善飞行汽车座舱人机合理性不足的问题,以国内某公司的飞行汽车座舱模型为例,采用人机工程仿真分析软件SoErgo,导入座舱模型并建立虚拟仿真分析系统.结合人机工程学理论,对P95男性、P50混合体及P5女性虚拟人体模型进行驾驶员可视性、可达性及舒适度的人机工效分析;根据仿真分析结果对飞行汽车座舱的仪表盘、顶部按钮及座椅靠背角度进行设计改进;对改进方案分析后,发现驾驶员视野盲区减小,座舱内常用操作部件位于了驾驶员手部可达范围内,驾驶员驾驶姿势的RULA等级下降,舒适度提升.采用SoErgo软件进行仿真分析,可发现飞行汽车座舱存在的人机工程设计缺陷,为其改进设计提供参考.
Ergonomic analysis and improvement design of flying car cockpit based on SoErgo
To improve the human-machine ergonomics of flying car cockpit,a flying car cockpit model from a domestic company was taken as an example to establish a virtual simulation analysis system using man-machine simulation analysis software SoErgo.The ergonomics analysis on visibility,accessibility and comfort were performed on P95 male,P50 mixed body,and P5 female virtual manne-quin combined with ergonomic theory.The improvement design were performed on the dash board,top buttons,and seat back angle of the flying car cockpit according to the results of simulation analysis.After analyzing the improved design scheme,it was found that the driver's vision blind spot was reduced.The commonly operated parts in the cockpit were located within reach of the driver's hands.The RULA level of the driver's driving posture was decreased,and the comfort level was increased.The ergonomic design defects of the cockpit of the flying car could be found through the simulation and analysis of SoErgo,which provided references for the improvement of the design.
