人机工程设计中的虚拟仿真技术研究进展

为研究人机工程设计中虚拟仿真技术在制造业多领域中的应用,列举了多种人机工程仿真工具内置人体数据库种类,并根据人体模型特征将人机工程仿真工具进行分类;归纳并分析了不同类型的人机工程仿真工具及其工效评价方法与应用领域;重点研究了基于肌肉骨骼模型驱动、基于几何模型驱动及基于真人驱动的人机工程仿真工具工作流程、功能、应用及进展;指出未来人机工程虚拟仿真技术的发展方向和趋势.
Research progress of virtual simulation technology in ergonomic design
To study the application of virtual simulation technology of ergonomics design in various fields of manufacturing industry,the types of human body database built in various ergonomics simulation tools were listed.The ergonomics simulation tools were classified according to the characteristics of human body models.Different types of human-machine engineering simulation tools and their efficiency evaluation methods and applications were summarized and analyzed.The man-machine engineering simulation tools work process,function,application and progress were mainly studied based on musculoskeletal model driving,geometric model driving,and real driving.The future development direction and trends of man-machine engineering virtual simulation technology were pointed out.
