一种轮椅床姿态转换的六杆机构设计与分析

为给更多的老年人起居提供便利,文中设计了 一种结构简单、成本较低且具有代步功能的轮椅床.针对使用平行四杆机构作为姿态变换原理中存在的腿部床板悬臂结构问题,提出了一种可实现床-轮椅姿态转换的六杆机构.以采用连杆装置的死点位置改善装置的腿部床板受力为目标,通过对连杆初始姿态各杆件之间的几何关系进行分析,建立了装置的参数化数学模型,并在软件MATLAB上对模型进行求解,得到了各杆件尺寸.最后,在软件ADAMS中建立连杆的虚拟样机模型并进行运动分析,测量出机构姿态转换的调节范围,结果符合设计目标要求.
Design and analysis of six-link mechanism for wheelchair bed's posture transformation
In this article,in order to provide convenience for more senior citizens'daily life,a wheelchair bed with simple structure,low cost and mobility function is designed.According to the principle of posture transformation,the parallel four-link mechanism suffers the poor cantilever structure of the leg bed plate.In this article,a six-link mechanism which ensures bed-wheelchair posture transformation is proposed.It aims to improve the force on the leg bed plate by utilizing the dead center posi-tion of the linkage device.By analyzing the geometric relationship among the linkage components with initial posture,the parame-terized mathematical model is set up and solved in the MATLAB software,so as to work out the dimensions of each component.Finally,the ADAMS software is used to build the model of the linkage components'virtual prototype,and then the motion analy-sis is performed.The adjustment range of the mechanism's posture transformation is measured,and the results meet the design requirements.
