新型无磁手动患者转移车的创新设计与试验研究

针对核磁共振室(MRI)患者搬移难、搬移设备环境约束多的问题,文中设计了一款新型的无磁手动患者转移装置.首先,基于患者搬移过程,提出了单层单模块开式带转移工作原理,建立了相应离合机构的实现方法,分析出患者转移车的运动原理;其次,对转移模型的运动结构进行了设计,通过在转移带传动链和移动面板传动链分别增加一级齿轮传动,解决了移动面板-转移带的线速度匹配问题和医护人员的操作力问题;最后,研制了物理样机,进行了性能测试、负载能力测试及环境测试,结果表明:转移车的带载能力为113 kg,能够在核磁共振室正常工作,且转移功能满足医护和患者需求.
Innovative design and experimental study of novel non-magnetic manual patient transfer vehicle
Since both the patients and the devices in the MRI room are difficult to transfer and demanding in environmental conditions,in this article a novel non-magnetic manual patient transfer device is designed.Firstly,based on the process of patient transfer,the working principle of the single-layer single-module open-belt transfer is proposed,the corresponding clutch mecha-nism is set up,and the analysis is conducted on the patient transfer vehicle's motion principle.Secondly,the motion structure of the transfer model is worked out;such problems as the linear speed matching between the moving panel and the transfer belt on one hand and the medical staff's operating force on the other hand are solved,when the one-stage gear transmission is added on both the transfer belt's transmission chain and the moving panel's transmission chain respectively.Finally,the prototype is de-veloped;then its performance,carrying capacity and requirement in the environmental conditions are tested.The results show that the transfer vehicle,with the carrying capacity of 113 kg,can work normally in the MRI room,which meets the requirements of both medical staff and patients.
