基于可供性的挖掘机驾驶室操作界面优化研究

为优化挖掘机驾驶员与操作面板的交互方式,提高与操作界面交互的视觉搜索效率,通过对挖掘机驾驶室操作界面元件进行可供性交互矩阵(功能-任务矩阵)和可供性识别,并结合因子分析对可供性重要程度进行排序,实现了从文字、图形及色彩等设计要素对操作界面元件与整体的优化设计.采用眼动试验对优化前后方案进行对比,结果表明:优化后方案A在眼动数据方面表现最好.研究试验将可供性理论与操作界面优化相结合,为复杂人机界面的优化提供一种设计思路.
Optimization of excavator cab operation interface based on affordance
In order to optimize the excavator driver's interaction with the operator panel,and improve the visual search efficiency of interaction with the operator interface,the affordance interaction matrix(function-task matrix)and affordance identification of the op-erator interface components of the excavator cab were proceeded.The importance of affordance was ranking combined with factor analy-sis.The optimization design of the operator interface components and the entirety was achieved from the design elements such as text,graphics and colors.Finally,an eye-tracking test was used to compare the optimization solutions.The results showed that the optimized solution A had the best performance in terms of eye movement data.The research experiment combined the affordance theory with the optimization of the operator interface to provide a design idea for the optimization of complex human-machine interfaces.
