基于智能硬件的乒乓球训练辅助系统设计

为解决乒乓球运动训练过程中技术学习难度大、效率低、难以提供实时数据及个性化指导等局限性问题,采用智能化硬件技术,设计了 1套智能运动训练辅助系统,包含轻质外骨骼和1套引导初学者练习的应用程序.通过外骨骼提供动力,得到挥拍轨迹和身体发力顺序,进一步强化用户肌肉记忆;通过外骨骼上的运动传感器网络,得到监测用户身体关键部位的运动数据,实时反馈个性化训练建议,更新训练计划.结果表明:在提升运动员技能和优化训练效果方面,科学化和智能化的运动训练辅助系统是未来运动训练领域的重要发展方向.
Design of table tennis training auxiliary system based on intelligent hardware
To address the constraints of technique acquisition difficulty,low efficiency,lack of real-time data and individual-ized instruction limitation in table tennis coaching,an intelligent sports training system has been developed using intelligent hard-ware.This system included a lightweight exoskeleton and an application for beginner training.The swing trajectories and appro-priate sequencing of body forces were obtained using power provided by exoskeleton.The muscle memory of user was strengthened further.The movement data from user key body regions were monitored by sports sensor network of exoskeleton.The customized training recommendations were fed back to update training program.Investigations revealed that this scientific and intelligent training auxiliary system was an important direction for the future development of sports training field in terms of improving ath-letes'skills and optimizing training effects.
