旋挖钻机钻杆振动特性研究

为了研究旋挖钻机进行岩石钻进时钻杆的受迫振动情况,采用LS-DYNA软件求解了钻杆的三向动载荷,在ANSYS软件中进行了 4节杆全伸出时钻杆的受迫振动分析,并对仿真分析结果进行了试验验证.结果表明:岩石钻进时,旋挖钻机钻杆所受三向动载荷中的轴向动载荷最大,且呈周期性变化;钻杆振动以横向振动为主,长期的振动使得钻杆加压接触面磨损,导致钻杆因受力状况恶化而损坏.根据分析结果,提出了钻杆结构设计建议.
Research on vibration characteristics of rotary drilling rig's drill pipe
In this article,in order to explore the drill pipe's forced vibration when the rotary drilling rig is completing the task of rock drilling,the IS-DYNA software is used to solve the dynamic loads in three directions;the drill pipe's forced vibra-tion is analyzed in the ANSYS software when all the four pipes are extended.Then,the simulation results are tested and verified.It is shown that in the process of rock drilling,the axial dynamic load exerted on the rotary drilling rig's drill pipe,which is the largest among the dynamic loads in three directions,varies periodically.Besides,the drill pipe's vibration is mainly lateral;the long-term vibration makes the drill pipe's pressurized contact surface full of wear,and the deteriorating force conditions cause damage to the drill pipe.According to these results,some advice is proposed for the drill pipe's structure design.
