Design and optimization of integral high-temperature water cooling channel for die-casting machine's injection chamber
When the large-scale die-casting machine is put into use,it is in a cyclic die-casting state for a long time,and the temperature in the injection chamber is too high.As a result,the injection chamber and the punch lock up,and the injection chamber's service life is shortened.Therefore,in this article,the injection chamber's structure is optimized;a water-cooling channel is set up to cool the injection chamber;the numerical simulation method is combined with experimental verification.Solidworks is used for 3D modeling and ProCAST is used for simulation analysis,so as to work out the influence of the parameters of the cooling water on the cooling effect of the injection chamber.The results show that it is reasonable to control the cooling wa-ter's temperature within the range of 10~15 ℃,and the cooling water's flow rate of 0.5 m/s or 0.7 m/s is proper.
