摘要

为解决实际盾构机施工过程中刀箱结构局部失效的问题,文中根据滚刀破岩载荷特点和实际滚刀螺栓固定状态,提出了瞬时冲击的分析方法,采用有限元计算了不同螺栓固定状态下的滚刀对刀箱的冲击作用,所得到的计算结果与实际刀箱失效特征对比表明,螺栓松动量达到4 mm时,滚刀刀轴对刀箱结构的冲击作用导致局部结构承受过大的冲击能量,局部应力超出材料强度,结构失效风险较大.通过将L形块与刀箱焊接优化传力路径,优化L形块结构增大了冲击作用面积,可以有效解决冲击造成的刀箱结构局部失效风险过高的问题.

Abstract

Since the shield machine's cutter housing suffers local failure when the machine is put into operation,in this arti-cle,the analytical method of transient impact is proposed according to the characteristics of the rock-breaking load exerted on the disc cutter and the state of the bolt fixed on the disc cutter.The finite-element analysis is used to calculate the impact of the disc cutter on the cutter housing with different fixed bolts.The results are compared with the characteristics of the cutter housing's failure.It is shown that when the bolt looseness reaches 4 mm,the impact of the disc cutter's shaft on the cutter housing causes excessive impact energy to be bome by the local structure,and the stress exceeds the material strength,thus resulting in high risk of the cutting housing's local failure.Therefore,efforts are made to weld the L-shaped block with the cutter housing.As a result,the force transmission path is optimized;besides,the L-shaped block is optimized and the impact area is enlarged,which is help-ful to avoid high risk of the cutting housing's local failure caused by the impact.
