摘要

现有防汛沙袋的装袋方式主要局限于人工装袋且速度较慢,存在人员伤害风险.为了解决这一实际问题做到安全快速装袋,文中提出了防汛沙袋快速装袋支撑装置,采用三角形的稳定性原理设计出了 一种多功能长输油气管道防汛沙袋快速装袋支撑装置,其立柱可伸高,顶圈口径可调节,能够满足各种规格编织袋的口径和高度;具有折叠功能,便于携带;具有结构稳定、牢固耐用、提高工作效率和降低防汛现场抢险作业安全风险等特点.通过多次现场实践及技术改进,充分验证了装置性能的稳定性和可靠性.结果表明:凭借其双三角形设计结构符合单根杆件与欧拉试验稳定性原理,能适应不同地质土壤条件下的长输油气管道防汛沙袋快速装袋支撑.提出的抽样检验方案表明,拆解130台支撑装置,如果发现损坏数≤4,则维修更换好备件后可以继续进行生产,否则需要进行全数检验.

Abstract

Currently,the main bagging method of flood-control sandbags is manual,the speed is slow,and there is a risk of personnel injury.In this article,in order to ensure safe and fast bagging,a rapid bagging support device is designed for flood-control sandbags.According to the stability principle of triangle,the device has a column with extensible height and a top ring with an adjustable caliber,which meets the heights and diameters of woven bags characterized by various specifications.This folded device,which is easy to carry,has the characteristics of structural stability and durability;it is helpful to improve efficiency and re-duce the safety risk of rescue operations on the flood-control site.Therefore,it is a multi-functional and rapid bagging support de-vice for flood-control sandbags of long-distance Oil & Gas pipelines.Through a series of field practice and technical improvement,it is verified that the device has stable and reliable performance.The result shows that the double triangle design structure not only conforms to the principle of single bar and Euler theorem stability,but also adapts to the rapid bagging support for flood-control sandbags of long-distance Oil & Gas pipelines under different geological soil conditions.Also,a sampling inspection scheme is pro-posed,which shows that when 130 support devices are disassembled randomly and if the number of the damaged devices is ≤4,the devices will continue to work after the spare parts are repaired and replaced;otherwise,full inspection is required.
