Review of ergonomic risk monitoring and evaluation for repetitive works
To identify ergonomic risk factors in repetitive works such as heavy marching, fire rescue, and logistics handling, and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and repetitive movement disorders, this study investigated the concept of repetitive works and monitoring and evaluation methods of risk factors. The potential personal, physical and occupational ergonomic risk fac-tors for repetitive tasks were reviewed. The classification of human body parameters, key technologies for various parameters,con-tact methods, and evaluation stages were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of contact and non-contact monitoring,as well as the key technologies or standards for evaluation and analysis in kinematics, electromyography, and human body size meas-urement were summarized. Finally,a summary was provided on the development prospects of monitoring, evaluating, and interve-ning in the ergonomics risks of repetitive work. The prospect was proposed for the next step of monitoring and evaluation work.
