人因导向户外测量舱映射分析与设计应用

为解决大样本户外人体数据测量载平台设计局限所导致的测量效率低、测量成本高、人员设备安全性和适应性差等问题,文中进行人因导向户外测量舱的映射分析、设计与应用.基于户外人体数据测量对测量载平台的需求,通过研究人因导向产品的映射分析方法和设计模型,制订户外测量舱的人因设计准则、映射分析规则,以及分析方法和设计模型,并以实际户外人体数据任务案例为例,进行户外测量舱的具体分析、设计和应用.通过与室内测量平台、临时载平台进行比较评价,人因导向映射分析设计可支持户外测量舱满足户外高效、经济的人体测量任务,具有良好的户外环境适应性、人员舒适性和设备安全性.
Mapping analysis,design and application of outdoor anthropometric cabin based on human-factor guidance
In this article,due to low efficiency in measurement,high cost,as well as poor safety and adaptability in person-nel and equipment caused by the design limits of the large-sample outdoor anthropometric measurement platform,the outdoor an-thropometric cabin is subject to the mapping analysis,design and application based on the human-factor guidance.According to the requirements of the outdoor anthropometric for the measurement platform,the mapping-analysis method and the design model of the human-factor products are adopted to work out the human-factor design guidance,the mapping-analysis rule,the analytical method and the design model of the outdoor anthropometric cabin.With the actual outdoor anthropometric as an example,the spe-cific analysis,design and application are conducted.Through the comparison and evaluation with the indoor measurement platform and the temporary loading platform,it is verified that thanks to the mapping analysis based on the human-factor guidance,the out-door anthropometric cabin can complete many outdoor anthropometric tasks in an efficient and economic manner;it also ensures desirable adaptability in outdoor environment,personnel comfort and equipment safety.
