基于生成式人工智能的离子色谱仪设计方法

为提升离子色谱仪设计效率,提出一种基于生成式人工智能的离子色谱仪设计方法.通过数据采集工具构建图片数据集,采用生成模型对图像特征进行智能反推,获取图片样本的特征数据.通过大语言模型工具对获取的特征数据进行分析处理,通过词频统计和语义分析,构建了离子色谱造型特征的分类数据,采用基于特征描述的扩散模型构建设计方案数据集.对迭代优化后的智能生成方案进行评估,结果显示:设计方案在造型方面可通过满意度评估.文中方法结合大数据智能推理和智能生成式设计可改善离子色谱仪调研和设计周期长等问题,为同类科学仪器的智能生成式设计提供参考.
Design method of ion chromatograph based on generative artificial intelligence
To improve the efficiency of ion chromatograph design,an ion chromatograph design method was proposed based on generative artificial intelligence.An image dataset was built through data collection tools.The generative models were used to in-telligently infer image features to obtain feature data of image samples.Big language modeling tools were used to analyze and process the obtained feature data.The classification data of ion chromatography modeling features were constructed through word frequency statistics and semantic analysis.A design scheme dataset was constructed using a diffusion model based on feature de-scription.An evaluation was performed using the iteratively optimized intelligent generation scheme.The results showed that the design scheme passed the satisfaction evaluation in terms of modeling.The combination of big data intelligent reasoning and intel-ligent generative design could improve the issues of research and design cycle of ion chromatographs,and provide references for the intelligent generative design of similar scientific instruments.
