An intelligent analysis method of remanufacturing requirements based on multi-source online information
In order to determine key remanufacturing requirements,effectively classify and accurately identify the requirement information,an intelligent analysis method of user remanufacturing requirements was proposed based on multi-source online information.A vector space model was used to quantify the information of user remanufacturing requirements to form a computer-recognizable vector mode.The K-Means algorithm was used to classify the requirement information and identify the key remanufacturing requirements.The relationships between user requirements mapping and product engineering features was established using quality function development.Taking the remanufacturing design of model CA6136 new lathe as an example,the remanufacturing requirements were classified into four aspects and visualized:easy disassembly,easy function upgrade,easy reprocessing and good performance.The experimental results showed that the method could effectively extract the key remanufacturing requirement information and provide product improvement strategies for manufacturers.
