Improvement design of subframe cleaning system based on TRIZ
To address issues of incomplete cleaning of complex internal structures in automotive subframes,an improved cleaning system was designed.TRIZ was used to perform function analysis,ideal solution identification,and resources analysis to determine the critical issues.Trimming and conflict resolution theory and matter-field model were adopted to solve the key point of each question.Improvement design was proceeded on the located issues.The redesigned system was established using SolidWorks to perform cavity fluid dynamics analysis of simplified model of subframe.The results showed that the enhanced system not only improved cleaning effectiveness,but also enhanced adaptability to intricate structures.This could provide effective solutions for future processing of various subframes.
