摘要

车间温度和湿度控制对于制造企业非常重要,能够影响制造过程中原材料、材料和成品的质量和长期储存能力,对其进行合理控制可以直接影响到企业的生产效率、产品品质、能源利用效率及整体经济效益.文中针对宁波市某制造企业车间的中央空调调度问题进行了深入研究,构建了一个基于加热和降温阶段划分的中央空调达标时间预测模型,通过科学预测调控时间,为中央空调的智能启停调度提供了依据.文中还提出了一种基于精准按需供能的中央空调工作智能调度方法,通过按需启停空调单元,实现了车间温湿度环境的精准调控.与原有调度方法相比,此调度模型在平均时间效率上提高了 23%,平均能源消耗降低了 16%.

Abstract

The control of temperature and humidity in the workshop is critical to manufacturing companies,which affects the quality and the long-term storage capability of raw materials and finished products in the manufacturing process.The reasonable control of temperature and humidity in the workshop is helpful to improve a company's production efficiency,product quality,en-ergy-utilization efficiency,and overall economic benefits.In this article,the in-depth analysis is conducted on scheduling of cen-tral air conditioning in a Ningbo manufacturing company's workshop.A standardized time-prediction model of central air condi-tioning is set up based on the heating and cooling stages.By scientifically predicting the time and adjustment and control,the model provides basis for intelligent start-stop scheduling of central air conditioning.In addition,a scheduling method based on the precise on-demand energy supply is proposed for central air conditioning;as a result,the workshop environment is controlled pre-cisely by starting and stopping the air conditioning units on demand.Compared with the original scheduling method,this schedu-ling model improves by 23%in time efficiency and reduces by 16%in energy consumption on average.
