摘要

随着新一代信息技术向各行业的加速渗透,实现人工智能技术、数字孪生技术的深度融合,设计高效精益智能数字孪生仿真系统,能够促进技术革新、产业变革和社会发展.基于此,文中提出了一种AI赋能的精益智能数字孪生仿真系统,阐述了有效融合精益管理理念、人工智能技术与数字孪生技术的路径,实现精益智能数字孪生仿真系统的自适应控制与自优化决策,进而提高运作过程柔性化、精益化和智能化管理水平,并探讨了相关的应用场景.

Abstract

As the new generation of information technology rapidly penetrates into various industries,the AI technology and the digital twin technology are integrated deeply;an efficient lean intelligent digital twin simulation system is helpful for technolog-ical innovation,industrial changes and social development.In this article,an AI-enabled lean intelligent digital twin simulation system is developed.The path to effectively integrate the concept of lean management,the AI technology and the digital twin tech-nology is described;efforts are made to realize self-adaptive control and self-optimized decision-making of the lean intelligent dig-ital twin simulation system.As a result,the operation process enjoys a higher standard of flexibility,lean management and intelli-gence.Finally,the related application scenarios are explored.
