变参数曲柄摇杆机构的传动特性分析

摘要
针对现有曲柄摇杆机构的研究,主要关注参数变化时单个曲柄摇杆机构的变速等传动特性,而少有针对多个曲柄摇杆机构组合的相关研究,特别是杆长变化对复合曲柄摇杆机构摇杆输出角度的影响少有学者涉足.而杆长变化的对象及变化量的正确选择,有利于得到宽范围的变速比与传动角度,有助于曲柄摇杆机构的结构优化设计.因此,文中建立了复合曲柄摇杆机构的运动学模型,揭示了杆长变化对曲柄摇杆机构传动特性的影响,仿真分析了杆长变化对摇杆摆动角度的影响,提出了通过改变杆长实现多种变速模式的可行方案.仿真结果表明,改变曲柄摇杆机构中两种杆的长度时,可获得更大的极点区间,相比改变其他杆长的组合变化,改变曲柄及连接杆的长度更有利于实现较大的摇杆摆角,该结论对复合曲柄摇杆机构的结构设计与传动系统优化设计具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract
Currently,the research on the crank rocker mechanism mainly focuses on its transmission characteristics,for ex-ample,the changes in the crank rocker mechanism's speed when the parameters change.However,there are few studies on the combination of multiple crank rocker mechanisms,especially the influence of the ever-changing rod length on the composite crank rocker mechanism's rocker output angle.The proper rod with its ever-changing length is helpful not only to obtain a wide range of gear ratios and transmission angles,but also to optimize the crank rocker mechanism's structure.Therefore,in this article,ef-forts are made to set up the kinematic model of the composite crank rocker mechanism and explore the influence of the ever-chan-ging rod length on the crank rocker mechanism's transmission characteristics.The influence of the ever-changing rod length on the rocker swing angle is simulated and analyzed;then,a feasible scheme is proposed to achieve multiple shifting modes by chan-ging the rod length.The simulation results show that larger pole interval is obtained through changing the length of both rods in the crank rocker mechanism.Besides,changing the lengths of the crank and its connecting rod is more conducive to a larger rock-er swing angle,compared with changing the combination of other rod lengths.This study provides guidance for the structural de-sign of composite crank rocker mechanisms and the optimal design of transmission systems.
