摘要

真空断路器作为轨道列车上常用的车载设备,由于其特定的运作机理,在开、合闸时产生高达113 dB的瞬时噪声,严重影响列车的舒适性能.针对真空断路器排气产生的气动噪声,基于真空断路器隔声罩,提出引入消声器降低气动噪声的降噪措施,以提升隔声罩的降噪效果.基于降低排气速度的方案,采用激波减速降噪和截面变化减速降噪原理设计并优化消声器.通过Fluent仿真模拟真空断路器的气动噪声,验证消声器的降噪效果.结果表明,在楔形体和截面变化的共同作用下,出口气流速度下降50%,在250~630 Hz低频段的噪声下降约为10 dB左右,总体噪声下降约7.3 dB,效果明显.

Abstract

As a commonly-used on-board device on trains,the vacuum circuit breaker generates instantaneous noise up to 113 dB during opening and closing due to its specific operation mechanism,which seriously affects the comfort of trains.In this article,in order to reduce the aerodynamic noise generated by the vacuum circuit breaker's exhaust,the sound insulation cover is used to propose some measures of noise reduction.A muffler is introduced to reduce the aerodynamic noise and improve the noise-reduction effect of the sound insulation cover.Based on the scheme of reducing the exhaust velocity,the muffler is designed and optimized by means of shock-wave and cross-sectional change deceleration and noise reduction.The vacuum circuit breaker's aer-odynamic noise is simulated by Fluent to verify the noise-reduction effect of the muffler.The results show that with the combined effect of the wedge and the cross-sectional change,the outlet air velocity reduces by 50%;the noise within the low frequency range of 250~630 Hz reduces by about 10 dB;the overall noise level significantly reduces by 7.3 dB.
