摘要
文中从"新工科"的内涵分析出发,论述了新工科专业学生科学思维和实践创新能力培养的必要性和重要性.为了迎接"新工科"的挑战,高等院校相关部门进行了大量旨在提升学生实践能力和创新能力的探讨和实践,并取得了一定的成绩.但面临高校学生特别是研究生招生数量的迅速增加、社会的多元化需求及学生的个性化要求和水平,学生创新欲望和科学思维方面的欠缺严重阻碍了新工科专业学生实践创新能力的大幅度提升.因此,高等院校教育体系中导师、学生和管理部门应协同努力和改革创新.文中分别从导师多角度立体化熏陶和指导、学生自主性提升和科学思维训练,以及管理部门全方位协调管理3个方面,提出了新工科专业学生实践创新能力培养的新举措.
Abstract
Starting from the analysis on the connotation of"Emerging Engineering",this article discusses the necessity and importance of cultivating scientific thinking and the practical innovation ability of those students majoring in"Emerging Engineer-ing".In order to meet the challenge of"Emerging Engineering",a large number of discussions and practices aimed at improving the students'practical innovation ability are carried out,and considerable achievements are yielded.However,with the ever-growing number of undergraduate and post-graduate students,the diversified society and the students with individual personalities,the lack of students'desire for innovation and scientific thinking seriously hinders the substantial improvement of practical innova-tion ability.Therefore,professors,students and management departments in the college education system should make concerted efforts in terms of reform and innovation.In this article,new measures are proposed to cultivate the practical innovation ability of those students majoring in"Emerging Engineering",from three aspects,namely,the multi-dimensional edification and guidance of professors,the promotion of students'autonomy and scientific thinking,and the all-round coordination and management of management departments.
