摘要
为准确识别并评估智能可穿戴设备适老化设计的核心要素,进一步提升老龄用户的接受度与满意度,结合技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM)和马斯洛需求层次理论,提出基于结构方程模型(Structural Equation Model,SEM)的智能可穿戴设备适老化设计方法.通过问卷调查和深度访谈获得数据,选取相关设计要素;构建SEM模型,采用SPSS 27.0和AMOS 27.0软件进行实证分析,得到7个潜变量和22个可观测变量的影响因子,并采用标准化路径分析获得各影响因子的权重值;根据权重值确定各要素的重要性排序,明确设计重点并进行设计应用.结果表明:感知有用性、感知易用性、合理性、包容性及社会性显著影响智能可穿戴设备适老化设计.
Abstract
In order to accurately identify and evaluate the core elements of the aging-friendly design on intelligent wearable devices,further enhance the acceptance and satisfaction of aging users,an ageing-friendly design method of intelligent wearable de-vices was proposed based on Structural Equation Model combined with Technology Acceptance Model and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.First-hand data was obtained through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews to select relevant design ele-ments.The relevant design elements were selected to construct SEM model.The empirical analysis was performed using SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0 software to obtain influencing factors including 7 latent variables and 22 observable variables.The weight values of each influencing factor were obtained through standardized path analysis.According to the weight value,the importance of each element was determined to clear design priorities and perform design practice.The results showed that perceived useful-ness,perceived ease of use,suitability,inclusiveness,and sociality significantly could affect the aging-friendly design of intelligent wearable devices.
