针对现有草方格沙障需铺设预编制的成捆草帘和二次垂直铺设时压损已铺设草墙的问题,文中设计了一种散草连续栽插与Z形轨迹铺设装置.利用散草栽插工艺取代原有的草帘编制工艺,优化工序,取材方便,节省成本;通过Z形轨迹铺设装置,避免压损,有效提高草方格的铺设效率与质量.根据草方格铺设尺寸要求(方格间距、栽插深度和露出沙面的高度等)初步确定栽插机构与铺设路径参数并进行散草栽插试验,验证装置设计的可行性.
Design of automatic laying device for Z-shaped track continuous-planting grass grid
Currently,the grass-grid sand barrier needs to be covered by the pre-prepared bundled grass curtains and the pressure caused by secondary vertical laying will damage the laid grass walls.In this article,in order to solve these problems,a device of loose grass planting and Z-shaped track laying is developed.The process of loose grass planting takes place of the origi-nal process of grass bundle preparation,which is helpful to optimize the process,facilitate the selection of materials and reduce the cost.Besides,thanks to the Z-shaped track laying device,the pressure-induced damage can be avoided,with a higher stand-ard of efficiency and quality in grass-grid laying.According to the size requirements of grass-grid laying(grid spacing,planting depth,height of exposure to the sand,etc.),efforts are made to determine the parameters of the planting mechanism and the lay-ing path;then,the test of loose grass planting is carried out to verify whether this device is feasible or not.
