平房仓仓底余粮清扫机构设计与试验

针对平房仓仓底余粮收集缺乏专业化清扫设备的问题,充分考虑机械装备在粮库中工作的限制,设计了一种仅采用前进动力的机械式余粮清扫机构.在分析现有清扫机构的基础上,决定采用一组盘刷同时完成对粮食物料的聚集和清扫工作,通过理论计算完成对关键部件的参数设计.通过制造样机试验测得,在物料量为1.25 kg/m2及前进速度为0.8 m/s时,余粮清扫机构对糙米、玉米粒和大豆单次清扫的扫净率分别为47.2%,75.6%和74.0%,并且余粮清扫机构在所设计的清扫方式下工作,对仓底余粮的清扫率能达到91%以上,基本满足平房仓仓底余粮清扫要求.该研究可为粮食物料清扫设备的研究提供参考.
Design and experiment of cleaning mechanism for surplus grain at bungalow bottom
Due to the lack of professional cleaning equipment for collection of surplus grain at the bungalow bottom,in this article,with the limit of mechanical equipment working in the grain depot taken into consideration,efforts are made to a mechani-cal cleaning mechanism for surplus grain,which merely depends on the forward power.Based on the analysis of the current clean-ing mechanism,it is determined that a set of plate brushes should be used to gather and clean grain materials at the same time;the parameter design of key components is completed through theoretical calculation.According to the prototype test,when the material quantity is 1.25 kg/m2 and the advancing speed is 0.8 m/s,the cleaning rates of brown rice,corn kernels and soybeans are 47.2%,75.6%and 74.0%respectively.The cleaning mechanism for surplus grain works in the designed way,with the cleaning rate at the bungalow bottom more than 91%,which basically meets the requirement.This study provides reference for the research on cleaning mechanisms for grain materials.
