摘要

为满足老年人对智能助行器设计的需求,提高其使用体验和使用意愿,通过文献分析、产品调研、用户和专家访谈,确定老年人对智能助行器接受度的影响因素,构建老年智能助行器技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM);采用结构方程模型(Structural Equation Model,SEM)验证其合理性,得到具体设计影响因素的权重大小及其对用户感知的影响,从而识别影响用户使用意愿的关键设计因素;引入功能-行为-结构(Function-Behavior-Structure,FBS)模型进行逐级映射,确定了产品的8个关键结构模块.采用改进技术接受模型与FBS模型相结合的方法进行设计,实现老年智能助行器的创新.该过程以用户使用意愿为导向,可为设计老年用户接受度高的智能助行器提供理论参考.

Abstract

To meet the design requirements for smart walking aids for the elderly,improve their user experiences and usage wills,literature review,product research,and interviews with users and experts were performed to identify factors affecting the acceptance of smart walking aids among the elderly.A Technology Acceptance Model for elderly smart walking aids was constructed.The Structural Equation Model was used to validate its rationality.The weight of specific design factors and their impact on user perception were determined.The key design factors influencing user willingness were identified.A function-behavior-structure model was introduced for stepwise mapping,identifying eight key structural modules of the product.A combinition method of the improved technology acceptance model and FBS model was adopted to perform design.The innovations for elderly smart walking aids were achieved.This process was guided by user wills to use the product,providing theoretical reference for designing smart walking aids that are highly accepted by elderly users.
