摘要

为提高青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis,AIS)患者佩戴矫形器治疗的依从性,改善脊柱侧弯的矫治效果,受海星形态及其组织功能的启发,设计了一套基于中心发散模式的脊柱侧弯矫形组件,通过三点力系统分别将不同位置点组合以实现对脊柱矫形的精准施力,便于AIS患者根据实际治疗情况自由调节矫正模式.结合相关产品的调研和用户需求分析,从青少年患者的生理特征和心理健康出发,确定AIS矫形器设计方案,并借助有限元仿真软件ABAQUS分析验证了该产品矫形功能实现的可行性,可为AIS矫正相关的可穿戴产品设计提供参考.

Abstract

To improve the treatment compliance of wearing orthoses in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)patients and improve the correction effect of scoliosis,a set of spinal orthosis components were designed based on the central divergence mode inspired by morphology of starfish and its tissue function.Different position points were combined through the three-point force system to achieve precise force application of spinal correction,which was convenient for AIS patients to freely adjust the correction mode according to the actual treatment situation.Combined with the relevant product research and user requirement analysis,the design scheme of AIS orthosis was determined from the physiological characteristics and mental health of adolescent patients.The orthopaedic functional feasibility of the product was verified by ABAQUS,which can provide references for the design of wearable products related to AIS correction.
