根据绿色制造的目标,对产品绿色制造工艺规划进行了分析,确立了面向绿色制造工艺规划的决策目标体系.通过设置变量建立并优化决策目标函数,在此基础上建立了决策模型,并采用多目标体系的模糊综合评价法求其最优解.同时根据工艺规划的复杂性和多目标性,建立了绿色工艺数据库,采用JavaBean技术和JSP(Java Server Page)语言,开发了基于Web服务器Browse/Sever(B/S)模式的三层分布式结构的绿色制造工艺规划系统,用户从浏览器登录到该系统,在数据库的支持下,实现网上规划工艺方案,并对其进行绿色性评价.
Process planning for green manufacturing based on Web
According to the goal of green manufacturing,green manufacturing process planning isanalyzed,and then a target system of decision-making for green manufacturing process planning has been established. The target function fordecision-making has been established and optimized by setting variable. Based on this ,decision-making model has been established, which optimum solution has been obtained by using multi-object fuzzy synthesis evaluation. Simultaneously,according to complexity and multi-object of process planning, the green process database has been established,the green manufacturing process planning system which based on Web B/S with three distributed structure has been designed using JavaBean and JSP. The users could login the system from the browser, plan and value the process in the system with the support of database.
