生物柴油喷油器变参数研究

应用三维CFD软件FIRE,修正了柴油机燃烧生物柴油的喷油器的喷雾模型,模拟了生物柴油的燃烧过程,探讨了喷雾锥角、喷孔直径和喷油提前角对燃烧生物柴油的气缸压力和放热规律的影响.结果表明:喷雾锥角增加,喷孔直径减小,喷油提前角增大,气缸内最大压力升高率增加;随喷雾锥角、喷孔直径和喷油提前角的增大,燃烧放热的峰值降低.计算结果对燃用生物柴油的柴油机的喷油器的试验和分析提供了依据.
A Study on Variable Parameters of Bio-Diesel Fuel Injector
By using 3D CFD software FIRE mist spray model for bio-diesel fuel injector of the diesel engine was revised and the combustion process of the bio-diesel was simulated in it.Then the effect of spray angle, injecting orifice diameter and fuel injection advance angle on cylinder pressure and heat release rate were analyzed when bio-diesel was bumedThe results showed that;with increasing of spray angle,the orifice diameter is reduced:With the increase of fuel injection advance angle,the maximum cylinder pressure rise rate was increasedWith the increasing of spray angle, injecting orifice diameter and injection advance angle, the peak heat release was decreased/The calculation results provided basis for testing and analyzing fuel injector of diesel engine fueled with biodiesel.
