以最小传动角取得最大值为条件,对曲柄摇杆机构进行了机构优化设计,在不考虑重力、运动副间的摩擦力和各杆件具体建构形状的前提下,确定了合理的目标函数、约束条件及边界条件,建立了机构优化设计的数学模型,编制了优化程序,得出了优化结果.将DFM原理引入设计过程之中,根据该原理提出了对机构优化结果进行处理的两个原则,用具体的设计实例验证了处理原则的正确性,借助于机构优化设计的相似性,指出了该处理原则对其它类似机构优化设计的可借鉴性.
The optimum design of crank-rocker mechanism in condition of maximum is carried out in its minimum transmission angle ,in the prerequisite of not considering weight factional force and the special form of each member, which determines rational objective function, constraint condition and boundary condition,and constructs mathematical model of mechanism s optimum design and program to get result. The theory of DFM to the design procedure is introduced.According to this theory, two principles of processed optimum result are put forward.The correctness of these principles via practice example is validated and theirs extension to analogy mechanism in accordance with similarity in mechanical design is pointed out.
