电动汽车的续航服务,目前主要由整车充电和电池更换两种方式实现,其中电池更换是将电池作为一个整体,利用换电设备进行更换,通过分离车体、输送、集中充电、快速更换等方式实现续航,该运行方式中换电设备是整个换电系统中的核心,直接与电动汽车和存储充电单元衔接,关乎换电操作的成败.提出的新型、自动定位、多自由度的平面多关节机器人是换电系统中重要的换装设备,体现了电动汽车换电设备趋于全自动化,该设备通过升降、旋转、倾斜调整等实现了电动汽车的换电工作,负载大、自动化程度高、劳动强度小、效率高、操作简单、对接柔性好.
Design and Application of SCARA in the Electric Vehicle Battery Replacement
Electric vehicle battery life services, mainly contains two ways, one is by the vehicle charging and the other is by battery replacement. The battery replacement treats the cell as a whole, using equipment replacement, by separating the body, conveying, centralized charging, rapid replacement method to achieve the life, and the electrical equipment is seen as the system's core of the change of electric installation, and joins the electric vehicles and storage charging unit directly, concerning for the success or failure of electrical operation. The proposed model, automatic positioning, multiple freedom of SCARA robot in this design, is important, and reflects automation. The device through the lifting, rotation, tilt adjustment realizes electric vehicle battery replacement, and has so many advantage like large load, high degree of automation, small labor strength, high efficiency, simple operation, good flexible docking and so on.
