发动机橡胶隔振器动特性分析

摘要
发动机橡胶隔振器的动态特性对隔振性能好坏具有重要影响.目前国内企业对发动机隔振器的动特性分析大多采用制造样机、反复测试的方法,而样机的制造和测试实施需要耗费大量的人力和时间.针对这一现状,运用非线性有限元方法通过ABAQUS成功分析了发动机橡胶隔振器的动态刚度特性,并在ABAQUS有限元分析平台的基础上进行二次开发,开发出了衬套式橡胶隔振器动态刚度计算系统,此系统解决了橡胶隔振器设计过程中须反复做高成本长周期的试验的问题,通过有限元计算节约了研发成本缩短了研发周期.
Abstract
The dynamic characteristics of engine rubber vibration isolator perform an important role in vibration isolation.Recently domestic enterprises are able to analyze the dynamic characteristics of engine rubber only by making prototype and doing tests again and again.It costs a lot of labor power and time.Aiming at this situation,the nonlinear finite element method is used based on ABAQUS for analyzing dynamic stiffness of engine rubber vibration isolator successfully.In the ABAQUS analysis platform based on the secondly development,bushing type rubber vibration isolator dynamic stiffness calculation system is developed.This system solved the problem that high costs and long cycle test must be repeated in the rubber vibration isolator design process.Through the finite element calculation the cost of research is saved and the development cycle is shortened.
