路面减速带对汽车平顺性和安全性影响的仿真与试验研究

采用虚拟仿真和实车试验的方法,研究了路面减速带对汽车行驶平顺性和安全性的影响.基于ADAMS,建立了整车模型和包含减速带的路面模型,进行虚拟仿真试验;搭建试验系统,进行实车试验,得出了汽车通过不同路面减速带时,车身振动加速度和轮荷冲击系数随车速的变化关系.结果表明:梯形横断面轮廓的减速带对汽车的行驶平顺性和安全性影响最大,圆弧横断面次之,抛圆相切横断面影响最小;减速带的宽度与限制车速成正比,高度与限制车速成反比;即在限制车速较高的道路上,宜布置宽度较大,高度较低的圆弧横断面减速带.
Effect of Pavement Bump on Vehicle Comfort and Safety by Simulation and Experiment
The influence of pavement bump on vehicle riding comfort and safety is researched by virtual simulation and real vehicle experiment.The full car model and road model including bump are established based on ADAMS,and the virtual simulation is done.The experiment system is set up and the real vehicle experiment is carried on.The relations of body vibration acceleration and wheel load impact coefficient with velocity while it passing through the different pavement bump are studiea The results show that:The influence of trapezoidal cross-section bump on the vehicle riding comfort and safety is maximum,the circular cross-section is the second,and the parabola-circle tangent cross-section is minimum.The width of bump is proportional and the height of bump is inversely proportional to the limit-speed.On the higher limitspeed road,the wider,lower circular cross-sectional shoud be arranged.
