军用航空电连接器接触疲劳寿命的仿真计算模型

军用航空电连接器是武器装备中广泛应用的基础性元器件,其主要失效模式是接触疲劳失效,对之仿真计算可节省大量的人力、物力并为理论和实验研究提供重要参考.首先利用SOLIDWORKS建立了某型军用航空电连接器38999系列22#通用接触件的参数化模型,然后利用ABAQUS仿真分析了接触件单次插拔过程中的接触应力\应变和插拔力变化.最后以单次插拔中接触性能为边界条件,利用FE-SAFE软件仿真计算了电连接器接触件的疲劳寿命.论文提出的仿真计算方法对开展电连接器接触寿命验证试验具有指导意义和参考价值.
Simulation and Calculation Model of Contact Fatigue Life of Military Aviation Electrical Connector
Military aviation electrical connector is the basic component widely used in weapon equipment and its main failure mode is contact fatigue failure.The simulation of it can save a lot of manpower,material resources and provide an important reference for theoretical and experimental research. First of all, the parametric model of a certain type of 38999 series 22# common contact is established by using SOLIDWORKS, and then ABAQUS simulation is used to analyze the change of contact stress\strain and the insertion force in the process of single contact-and-insertion in this paper.At last,the fatigue life of the electrical connector contacts is simulated by using the FE-SAFE software based on the boundary conditions of the contact performance.The simulation method presented in this paper has an important reference value for the research on the verification of the contact life of electrical connectors.
