Car Door Optimization Analysis Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm
For researching the analysis and application of modern optimization algorithm in body parts.A finite element model of the left front door of a passenger car was established,and the thickness of the door components was taken as the design variable,the design of lightweighting was realized while satisfying the door modal.A mathematical model of door optimization was estab-lished.The sample date was evaluated by using the Hammersley design of experimental method.The Hyper Kriging method of im-proved Krigingwas used to build the approximate model of door optimization.Finally,an improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem.The modal of the optimized door was analyzed to verify the feasibility of the improvement genetic algorithm in the door optimization,and the quality of the door was reduced.
