摘要
为了提高数控车床在线检测工件的效率,提出了改进式蝙蝠算法优化在线测量路径的方法.通过读取DXF文件的方式获取待测工件的几何信息,并根据工件特征规划初始检测路径,建立检测路径优化的数学模型,采用改进式蝙蝠算法优化测点间的测量顺序,并通过设计程序生成模板,自动生成数控代码,驱动数控车床进行工件测量.针对复杂阶梯轴进行在线检测实验,相比于其他优化结果和人工规划结果缩短检测路径长度,该方法可以有效地提升工件检测的效率.
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of online inspection of CNC lathes,an improved bat algorithm is proposed to optimize the online measurement path.The system obtains the geometric information of the workpiece to be measured by reading the DXF file,plans the initial inspection path according to the characteristics of the workpiece,establishes a mathematical model for the optimization of the inspection path,uses an improved bat algorithm to optimize the measurement sequence between the measure-ment points,and design the program generates templates,automatically generates CNC codes,and drives the CNC lathe to per-form workpiece measurement.The online inspection experiment is carried out for complex stepped shafts.Compared with other opti-mization results and manual planning results,this method shortens the detection path length,and effectively improves the effi-ciency of workpiece detection.
