协整分析下的风力发电机状态监测方法

为解决风力发电机组SCADA系统受到环境及运行等因素影响,系统常发生误报与漏报等问题,通过采用协整分析的方法,选取包头市某风场1.5MW双馈风力发电机正常运行状态下的部分非平稳SCADA数据建立了协整模型,得到携带有风力发电机运行状态信息的协整残差,并且用一组已知电气故障数据对模型进行验证.结果表明,该方法可有效的降低SCADA数据中由于环境和运行因素所引起的响应,准确识别风力发电机的运行状态,简单有效的实现了风力发电机的状态监测.
Monitoring Method of Wind Turbine State Under Cointegration Analysis
In order to solve the problem that the SCADA system of wind turbines is affected by factors such as environment and op-eration,the system often has problems such as false alarms and missing reports,through the use of cointegration analysis meth-od,the normal operation status of a 1.5MW double-fed wind turbine in a wind farm in Baotou is selected Part of the non-station-ary SCADA data below establishes a co-integration model,and obtains the co-integration residual with the operating state infor-mation of the wind turbine,and verifies the model with a set of known electrical fault data.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the response caused by environmental and operating factors in the SCADA data,accurately identify the operat-ing state of the wind turbine,and simply and effectively realize the state monitoring of the wind turbine.
