Restrained Vibration Suppression of Automobile Transmission with Backlash Compensation
In order to compensate the backlash of differential gears,a vibration suppression method of automobile transmission system is proposed to keep the stability of the system under periodic constraints.First of all,an experimental device is built, which only reflects the basic structure of automobile transmission,so as to focus on the influence of side clearance. Then,in order to deal with the control period constraint, the servo system is constructed by using the sampling data control theory and the frequency weighting function. In addition,a simple control mode switching algorithm is proposed to compensate for the side gap effect.Fi-nally,the effectiveness of this method is verified by experiments and compared with the traditional discrete approximation method. The results show that even when the control period is extended to 5 times the natural frequency, this method can obtain higher vi-bration suppression performance and effectively improve the driving performance.
