Development of Shaking Table for the Nuclear Power Plant Seismic Accelerometer Calibration on Site
In view of the problem of the Nuclear Power Plant seismic accelerometer calibration methods can't synchronizing cover parameters verification given by related codes and standards,also can't carry out the seismic calibration works on site,this paper proposes a portable shaking table based on flexible metal shrapnel suspension structure,the mechanical structure of the shaking table was analyse,and the dynamics equation was given;in accordance with the actual engineering application requirement,we select the appropriate parameters and material and establish the 3D model of the shaking table and make finite element analysis,at last,the engineering prototype was manufactured and the parameters are tested,the test results show that the natural frequency is below 1Hz,and the range can be up to 1g,and the transverse sensitivity is less than 1%,and the net weight is within 40kg,the vi-bration parameters and the portable structure of the shaking table is accord with the calibration test requirements of the nuclear power plant seismic accelerometer on site.
