一种瞬开门闭锁机构设计与研制

针对某大型直流吸入式风洞瞬开门启动响应速度慢,影响流场品质问题,设计了一种能够瞬间响应的闭锁机构.对这里设计的闭锁机构实际工作过程进行了数值模拟,通过设置约束条件及仿真结果对比,对闭锁机构的尺寸参数进行优化,提出了双向闭锁方式,采用气缸控制,具有自动闭锁功能.最后根据优化的参数尺寸研制实物样机,通过测试验证了闭锁机构的结构强度与合理性,并进行了开启时间数据的对比测试得到瞬开门开启时间仅需120ms,在原来开启需要500ms的基础上减少了380ms.
Design and Development of a Kind of Instant Opening Door Locking Mechanism
Aiming at the slow response speed of instantaneous door opening of a large-scale DC suction wind tunnel,which af-fects the quality of the flow field,a locking mechanism with instant response is designed.Numerical simulation of the actual work-ing process of the locking mechanism designed in this paper is carried out.By setting constraint conditions and comparing the sim-ulation results,the size parameters of the locking mechanism are optimized,and a two-way locking method is proposed,which adopts cylinder control and has an automatic locking function.Finally,a physical prototype was developed according to the opti-mized parameter size,and the structural strength and rationality of the locking mechanism were verified through tests,and the comparison test of the opening time data was carried out,and the instant opening time of the door was only 120ms,380ms is re-duced on the basis of 500ms for the original opening.
