五轴数控机床非共振椭圆切削振动自动控制

为提高非共振三维椭圆切削振动的控制精度,提出一种五轴数控机床三维椭圆切削振动自动控制方法.将改进的人工蜂群算法应用于非共振三维椭圆切削过程中,对切削参数优化处理,以抑制切削过程中的颤振现象.通过对非共振三维椭圆切削装置轴向运动过程的分析,完成前馈控制器以及结构形貌仿真建模,提取凹坑型织构的典型参数.在前馈控制器基础上增加PID反馈环节,构建复合控制方案,最终实现五轴数控机床非共振三维椭圆切削振动的自动控制.经实验测试结果表明,所提方法可获取比较满意的切削振动控制效果.
Automatic Control of Non-Resonant Elliptical Cutting Vibration of Five-Axis Cnc Machine Tools
In order to improve the control accuracy of non resonant 3D elliptical cutting vibration,an automatic control method of 5-axis CNC machine tool 3D elliptical cutting vibration is proposed.The improved artificial bee colony algorithm is applied to the non resonant 3D elliptical cutting process,and the cutting parameters are optimized to suppress chatter in the cutting process.Through the analysis of the axial movement process of the non resonant 3D elliptical cutting device,the feedforward controller and the simulation modeling of the structure morphology are completed,and the typical parameters of the pit texture are extract-ed.Based on the feedforward controller,a PID feedback link is added to construct a composite control scheme,which ultimately realizes the automatic control of the non resonant three-dimensional elliptical cutting vibration of the five axis CNC machine tool.The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve satisfactory cutting vibration control effect.
