随着汽车市场的发展速度逐步提高,由电气设备的稳定性不足所造成的事故也频频发生,而电连接器的可靠性是电气设备稳定性的核心问题,电连接器的正确选用则是保证其使用可靠性的前提条件.以车用某型号电连接器为对象进行研究,对其选用因素进行分析研究,建立电流与温升的计算模型,基于ABAQUS对电连接器进行了热电耦合有限元仿真分析,通过对理论计算结果与仿真结果和实验结果进行对比,验证了依据计算模型对电连接器进行选型的可行性,为汽车电气系统选用电连接器提供新的思路与方法.
Research on Selection of Electric Connectors for Vehicles
With the rapid development of the automobile market,accidents caused by insufficient stability of electrical equipment also occur frequently.The reliability of electrical connectors is the core issue of the stability of electrical equipment.The correct se-lection of electrical connectors is to ensure their use.A prerequisite for reliability.It takes the automotive electrical connector as the research object,analyzes its selection factors,establishes a calculation model for current and temperature rise,and conducts a thermoelectric coupling finite element simulation analysis on the electrical connector based on ABAQUS,and compares the theo-retical calculation results with the simulation results And experimental results verify the feasibility of selecting electrical connec-tors based on the calculation model,and provide new ideas and methods for selecting electrical connectors for automotive electri-cal systems.
