混合动力控制策略解析及模型化开发

作为新能源汽车的关键部分,插电式混合动力汽车在节能减排方面发挥着很大的作用,而控制策略是其核心技术之一.为了提高混动车辆的开发效率并满足系统性能要求,以某插电式混合动力系统为样本,首先通过实验及分析,对标解析出整车控制策略,包括模式切换条件、能量管理策略、换挡机制等控制策略;然后依据整车对标策略,基于MAT-LAB/Simulink搭建整车控制策略模型,并仿真得到其经济性指标;最后将仿真结果与实验对标结果对比,进一步验证了整车控制策略及模型的准确性及实用性,从而实现了竞品车的模型化开发.
Analysis and Modeling Development of Hybrid Power Control Strategy
Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,as a necessary part of new energy vehicle,plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction,and the control strategy is one of its core technologies.In order to improve the development efficiency of hybrid vehicles and meet system performance requirements,taking one Plug-in Hybrid Power System as a sample,the vehicle control strategy is first analyzed through experiments and analysis,including mode switching conditions,energy management strategy,shift strategy and other control strategies.Then the vehicle control strategy model is built by using Simulink according to vehicle benchmark strategy.Finally,the simulation results are compared with the experimental benchmark results to further verify the ac-curacy and practicability of the vehicle control strategy and model,thereby realizing the model development of competing cars.
