为消除存在于设计方案中的设计冲突,扩展可行解的备选空间,在研究设计冲突的捕捉方法以及资源引入的要求的基础上,提出将参数优化设计与TRIZ理论集成的设计方法.分析了参数优化设计问题的分类以及冲突的特点,提出了以ENV(Element Name Value)模型来表达优化设计冲突的方法,该方法用于支持优化设计冲突向TRIZ冲突问题的模型转化.提出了优化设计冲突的四种求解方法及冲突求解路径,构建了参数优化设计与TRIZ结合应用的过程模型,并解释了过程模型中的关键步骤.应用所提出的方法对X型竖矩形驳接爪进行再设计,应用Ansys Workbench进行参数优化设计及仿真,通过仿真数据的对比验证所提出的方法的有效性.
Research on the Integrated Method of Parameter Optimization and TRIZ
In order to eliminate the design conflict existing in the design scheme and expand the alternative space of feasible solu-tion,a design method integrating parameter optimization and TRIZ theory is proposed,based on the study of the capture method of design conflict and the requirement of resource introduction.This paper analyzes the classification of parameter optimization de-sign problems and the characteristics of conflicts,and expounds the method of expressing optimization design conflicts by ENV(el-ement name value)model,which is used to support the model transformation from optimization design conflicts to TRIZ conflicts.Four conflict solving methods and paths of optimization design are proposed.A process model of parameter optimization design combined with TRIZ is constructed,and the key steps in the process model are explained.The proposed method is applied to rede-sign the X-type vertical rectangular connecting claw,and ANSYS Workbench is used to optimize the parameters and simulate.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing the simulation data.
