散热管型对汽车散热器传热性能的影响研究

为了提升汽车散热器的传热性能,利用FLUENT软件,对车用散热器常用类型散热管管内和管外流体的流动和传热情况进行了仿真模拟.研究了在同等流通面积和相同工况下,散热管的管型对温度场、速度场、性能参数、强化传热综合性能等的影响.结果表明:在同等工况下,收腰管在管内和管外与圆管、椭圆管和扁管相比具有更好的传热效果,同时也导致压降的增大,通过综合评价因子发现收腰管在管内和管外的综合性能都好于其它散热管型.其研究方法对今后新型散热管的设计,单个散热元件的研发都具有一定指导意义.
Study on the Influence of Heat Transfer Tube Type on Heat Transfer Performance of Automobile Radiator
In order to improve the heat transfer performance of automobile radiator,FLUENT software was used to simulate the fluid flow and heat transfer inside and outside the radiator tubes.The effects of the tube shape on the temperature field,velocity field,performance parameters and comprehensive performance of heat transfer enhancement were studied under the same flow area and working conditions.The results show that:under the same working conditions,compared with round tube,elliptical tube and flat tube,the waist tube has better heat transfer effect inside and outside the tube,and also leads to the increase of pres-sure drop.Through the comprehensive evaluation factor,it is found that the waist tube has better comprehensive performance inside and outside the tube than other heat dissipation tube.The research method has a certain guiding significance for the design of new heat sink and the development of single heat sink in the future.
